Long Island RID adheres to the following cancellation policy regarding workshop registration and payments:
All workshop cancellation requests must be made in writing and submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Workshop registration may be cancelled within 24 hours of registering. Full payment will be refunded less a $5 processing fee.
The refund schedule below will be followed for all registrations and payments not cancelled within 24 hours of paying for a workshop. Time is calculated from midnight on the date of the workshop:
All paperwork must be submitted to CMP@lirid.org by the deadlines posted above.
It is strongly suggested that paperwork be submitted prior to the posted deadlines in case revisions have to be made.
Any paperwork received after the posted deadlines may be processed at the CMP sponsor’s discretion but cannot be guaranteed.
The applicant is responsible for sending any required post-event paperwork to the CMP sponsor.

At this time, Long Island RID processes CEUs for workshops, academic coursework, and participant initiated, non RID-sponsored activities (PINRA). We do not currently process CEUs for independent studies.

Exceptions for emergencies will be made on a case by case basis.
In the event a workshop is rescheduled or postponed by Long Island RID, registrants will have the option to transfer their registration and payment to the new date or receive a full refund.
In the event a workshop is cancelled by Long Island RID, payments will be refunded in their entirety to those who registered
