LIRID Board Meeting
January 31th, 2009
Panera Bread – East Meadow
Attendees: Co-Presidents Laurie Nash and Christine Iannone, Vice President Lisa Senatore, Treasurer
Maryann DiLuglio, Secretary Jill Collins
Start Time: 10:10am
Old Business
• Storage Unit – Lisa will set it up online with the debit card info.
• By-laws – Have not been sent to National. Final revisions need to be presented to the membership.
Will check with Jane. Sticking issue seems to be a definiation of “member in good standing”.
New Business
• Hockey Game
o Only 12 tickets left!
o Raffle – $80 so far, but can’t do the drawing at the game. Will do it at the general meeting
March 14th.
• Yahoo acct
o Although the mentoring committee is having technical problem with their mail, the account will
be kept.
• SCBRTF update – A Yahoo account will be set up for Region I members to access updates. Also the
power point presentation that Laurie shared with us at the general meeting will be posted. The next Region
I conference call will be Feb 1st (Superbowl Sunday!)

• March meeting
o Food/ Drink – Jill will remind those people who signed up to help.
o Terps – Lisa will contact Toni
o Room – Chris is contacting Jane Hecker-Cain for location info.
