Long Island Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf

Why Join?

By becoming a member of LIRID you will be united, professionally and socially, to working interpreters, students, organizations and members of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing community. You can have a voice in determining the future of the profession. You can experience the support and encouragement of your peers.

Still Unsure?

Come for a visit and check us out! All of our general meetings are free and open to the public. All meetings are conducted in ASL. A voice interpreter is also quietly provided. For meeting dates and locations please check out either our home page or our calendar.
